New works

Just a few pics of things:

Another vintage button necklace. I really need to get a larger white bust. Things look so cramped on this one.

Cross Necklace by Paolo Bottoni This was made as a gift for a friend, but then I chickened out on sending it. She's coming for a visit soon though. Maybe she'll like it.

Ring pattern by Takako Samejima, colors by Sakiss.

Hair Do-dads (that's a technical term. :P) These are actually fun to make.

I've had my first disappointment buying a bead book. I ordered one, only to get another---and it was Bead Fantasies II, a book I already own. Contacted the vendor. Hope to have a good resolution. I'll let you know either way.

That's all I really have for now. Just drove back from my dad's in East Texas, and of course I stopped at Bead Crazee in Tyler. I can have my own bead store for $50K. Just think: for that price I can work seventy hours a week for three years before I turn a profit. On the flip side, when the door locks at night, I can just roll in beads. *thinks* $50K may be getting off cheap. :D
